Fundamentals, Safety, Success

Proper firearms training is indispensable for anyone who chooses to own or handle firearms. Beyond simply learning how to shoot accurately, such training instills a deep understanding of safety protocols and responsible firearm handling. It equips individuals with the knowledge and skills necessary to mitigate risks and prevent accidents, both on and off the shooting range. Moreover, it fosters a culture of respect for firearms and emphasizes the importance of adhering to laws and regulations governing their use. Whether for self-defense, sport shooting, or recreational purposes, investing in proper firearms training not only enhances proficiency but also ensures the safety of oneself and others.

Safety is our Focus

From the moment participants step into the training environment, emphasis is placed on the importance of safety protocols. Instructors meticulously cover topics such as proper firearm handling, storage, and maintenance, instilling a deep respect for the weapon and its capabilities. Practical exercises underscore the significance of keeping firearms pointed in a safe direction at all times, with fingers off the trigger until ready to shoot. Participants are immersed in scenarios that simulate real-world situations, reinforcing the critical decision-making process and the paramountcy of safety. Ultimately, firearms safety training isn't just about learning to shoot accurately; it's about cultivating a mindset of vigilance and responsibility, ensuring that every individual who handles a firearm does so with the utmost care and consideration for themselves and others.

More than Firearms Training!

Home Defense

Developing a personal & home protection plan is a key component of not only preparing for how we should (or might) react if confronted by a violent crime, but also how we might avoid violent crime in the first place. Within this lesson, Harvey explains that developing a protection plan is about much more than becoming proficient with a firearm or writing up a home invasion plan. It’s a plan that must encompass awareness, avoidance, and preparation, so that we’re less likely to find ourselves in a situation where we have no other option than to use our firearm, rather than more likely.I come to your home, evaluate outline and plan a realistic defense plan. Emergency First Aid Fundamentals

If you’re ready to become your family’s first responder in an emergency situation, like a car accident, serious fall, gunshot wound, or other medical emergencies, this training cannot be missed.

During this training, you’ll do more than simply sit in a classroom learning about these topics. Your USCCA instructor will work you through a dozen real-world scenarios using simulated patients and the actual products (or field expedients) that you’ll need to understand if you hope to save a life.
